Will has a strong finance background, completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) at Sydney University. After establishing himself as a mortgage broker with Wizard Home Loans for over 2 years, Will founded Scope Lending so as to provide the widest range of options for his clients. Will has helped hundreds of his clients borrow over $100m in his time as a mortgage professional.

Will Foster (Property Finance Consultant)

After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking and Finance) from the University of Canberra in 1998, Will spent 5 years working with the Commonwealth Bank in Personal and Business lending. Since then he has been looking after his clients with Scope Lending and specialises in assisting First Home Buyers take their first step on the property ladder. Chloe Evans (Property Finance Consultant)

Matt Derham (Property Finance Consultant)

Having completed a Bachelor of Business at Charles Sturt University Bathurst in 1997, Matt spent his initial 6 years as a Financial Planner before becoming a Mortgage Broker. Over this period, Matt clients ranged from those purchasing their first property to those who with multiple properties requiring a variety of loan strategies.

With his financial planning experience, Matt understands how important property is in someone’s overall investment portfolio as well as understanding how important it is to structure their lending appropriately from the outset.

Matt joined the Scope Lending team in October and has opened our second office based in the CBD of Sydney. It's Matt's aim to ensure the financing of your property an easy and pleasant experience.

Keanen Wood (Property Finance Consultant)

After starting two Australian Poker League franchises in Queensland Keanen decided to diversify and having a well developed interest in property and finance gravitated torwards mortgage broking, joining the Scope Lending team in January 2008. 
Keanen has completed his certificate IV in finance and lending and is a fully accredited member of the MFAA.

Georgie Fairlie-Cuninghame (Client Manager)

Georgie joined the Scope team in October 2005. She specialises in driving loan applications from the application stage through to approval and settlement in the quickest and most efficient manner possible.

Sophie Fisher (Office Administration & Marketing)

Sophie completed a business course at June Dally Watkins, which revealed her passion for marketing. She is constantly learning new skills and is offering great support for the team; especially Will Davies as his Personal Assistant. Sophie is always striving to do her best by putting in 100%, which helps her to achieve her goals. Sophie is also concentrating on the marketing for the company and hopes one day to hold the senior position in the Marketing Department.

Adam Walsh (Operations Manager)
