Job Description:
- Finding customers who need assistance with home or investment mortgages.
- Building up a relationship with these customers.
- Providing recommendations and assistance to the customer to help them find the most appropriate loan for their needs.
- In conjunction with an assistant, applying to the banks for the loan on behalf of the customer, gaining approval, and following the loan through to settlement.
- Providing ongoing contact and support to the customer once the loan is settled (ensures repeat business & this is why trailing commission is paid by the lender).

To succeed in this position you will need:
- A lap top, vehicle and $3k for training and software.
- Strong personal drive.
- Great people skills.
- A strong interest in the property market.
- A firm understanding of basic finance principals (interest rates, repayments etc.).
- An ability to learn: product knowledge, new sales techniques and business skills.
- A "Go Get Them" attitude.
- A tertiary level of education preferred.

Responsibilities would include: Client satisfaction, PA tasks, Loan management and general office admin.
